We also have a special offering for companies that are taking a keen interest in skills development, we assist in offering training gap analysis, design training plans and allocate the right skills to the right persons and facilitating the necessary training interventions.

We assist companies to maximise the value of the Skills Development Levy (SDL) they are currently paying and how to reap benefits from it, which include the following:

• Up to 20% of your levy can be claimed back in a Mandatory Grant
• Up to 50% of your levy can be claimed in Discretionary Grants (Learnerships, Skills Programmes, Apprenticeships, Workplace Experience Placements, Internship and Bursaries)
• Tax rebates on registered learnership programmes

We offer these services so that companies can be able to claim back from the SDL:

• Register them as a Skills Development Facilitator (SDF)
• Submit a Workplace Skills Plan (WSP), indicating training planned for the next reporting period
• Submit an Annual Training Report (ATR) as proof of the training conducted during the previous reporting period.

We are also looking to partner with other training institutions, BBBEE Verification agencies, compliance institutions and colleges (TVETs) that do not currently offer the services and programmes we offer, that way we can leverage on the same databases and vice versa, thus creating a healthy working ecosystem.
